Capital Factory

Capital Factory is the center of gravity for entrepreneurs in Texas. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, CRO, and General Partner, I executed all aspects of executive administrative support. In addition, I was the backup for the chief-of-staff team and assisted in meeting facilitation and optimization, research, and driving special projects to completion. Special projects included: a total Hubspot reconfiguration, the end-to-end management of Fund database systems, and optimizing procedures on a company-wide scale.
South Louisiana Methanol
2018 – 2022
SLM was a privately backed Methanol start-up focused on creating the largest Methanol project in the USA. As the Executive Assistant for a small and agile team, I managed all aspects of the business, including executive administration, meeting facilitation, complete ownership of the document control systems, IT support, financial audits, and AP/AR Processing. In addition, I was responsible for digitizing over 5000 documents and enforcing MFA authentication practices. Sadly this project folded during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Texas Association of Business

The Texas Association of Business is the Texas State Chamber, representing companies of every size and industry. In this unique role, I managed all aspects of the company's CRM, website, databases, analytic profiles, and IT systems while providing executive administrative support to the leadership team. In addition, I managed meeting facilitation, reporting, and acted as a manager for the office administrator. One of my most significant accomplishments in this role was creating 'user personalities' from the membership in our database to drive further marketing and retention campaigns.

In 2023, I became the Business Operations Manager at StartPlaying, an A16Z and Y-Combinator-backed startup connecting players with professional game masters for online TTRPGs. I oversee administration, document control, business compliance, legal, finance, marketing admin, time management, and process optimization. I handle HR, hiring, compliance, and benefits analysis in people ops. Additionally, I support product ops through data analysis, user interviews, and SQL analysis, driving operational excellence and contributing to the company's growth.
